I stand at the foot of the Cross



Where my Lord paid the terrible cost



When he took to the grave



All the sins of the saved



And gave His life for the lost.

-So let's tell of His story,



And sing of His Glory



Of eternal life, in Heaven above.



Let’s tell of His story



And sing of His Glory



Of precious salvation, if we trust in His Blood.











At the foot of the Cross now I stand



Cast my eyes up toward Heaven’s fair land



On this tree where He died



Was my Lord crucified



Took the sins of mankind in his hands.

I kneel at the foot of the cross



Confessing my sins and dark blots



As I repent of my sins



The Lord enters in



And guides me along life’s hard spots.

Now let’s sing of His wonderful Love



And His place with the Father above



With God is His place



Through God’s wonderful Grace



We’ll join Him in Heaven Above.
