Before traveling to Peru, you didn't have much expectation, just want to know Machu Pichu and try the local foods. During the trip, I fell in love with the country, I was enchanted by its culture, nature, people, food, I am sure that Peru is in the Top 3 of my favorite countries.
I have been impressed by Cusco since the first day, June is the month of Cusco, there are many performances on the streets, people of different ages dancing and singing together, with their traditional costumes, all the corners are full of happiness.
The next day we embarked on the wordpress web design agency tour of the Sacred Valley that demonstrated how the Incas enjoyed nature, for example, creating rocks and salt deposits on top of the mountains up to the terraces and altitude. However, at the same time I felt sad because we can see and feel how the invasion of Spain caused damage to this Inca civilization.
We also went to the colorful mountain, but it wasn't the famous mountain called Vinicunca, we went to the Palcoyo mountain . The stage is not as big as V inicun a, but it is easier to climb, has more colorful mountains and fewer people. I was surprised by the journey in this place, with a snowy mountain at the bottom, we could feel the power and wonder of our planet.
But in the end it made me sad when I thought that this mountain was discovered recently because before it was a mountain completely covered with snow, due to the global warming now we can see these colors that were covered by snow.
I know that Peruvian cuisine has a lot of influence from Chinese immigrants, but when I arrived, I was still surprised by the many Chinese restaurants (called Chifa), they are everywhere, even in Peruvian restaurants, they always have fried rice ( chaufa), lomo saltado (similar to fried meat in China). When I travel, I don't eat in expensive or tourist restaurants, I like to eat in popular markets or on streets, eating with my brother and talking to people, I believe it's a way to feel closer to culture and people.
In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience, I want to return to this country, I believe that there are still many aspects of its culture and history that are waiting for you to discover and know.
