For the past few nights, the scripture has been calling me back to Matthew 12:25 - And knowing their thoughts Jesus said to them, "Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and any city or house divided against itself will not stand. I thought at first the Spirit was talking to me through this passage as a warning against divisions in The Church. But as I prayed about it, I now believe The Church should take this as a warning that we have a far more sinister enemy in the form of the Antichrist - The Humanists also knows as the Secular Humanists. This group, now more than 5 Million strong, are definitely ...unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.… (2 Tmothy 3-5). They have invaded our schools, government and media to take control, not just here in the United States, but throughout the world. Their beliefs take on the form of morality, civility, intellect and culture very similar to The Church, however, failing to recognize the role of God as the basis for these beliefs. If the "mark of the beast" is simply the perfect numbers "777" lacking the important number "1" ergo God, this group meets the definition. The Unitarian Universalists Church of Berkeley profess themselves as a "church" but espouse the belief structure of the Humanists. (uucb.org).
I feel compelled by the Holy Spirit to issue a call for all true Church members to take heed. Regardless of your individual doctrines, we must stand up to this group. I hear preaching some Church groups directed at the sins and shortcomings of other denominations. Since I don't know the individual hearts of the members of those denominations, just understanding that God is the professed basis of those groups, I must leave the judgement of those to God through Jesus Christ. Yes, we all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3:23). But all who have confessed their sins, trusted in the saving grace through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and received the blessings of the Holy Spirit should join to defeat this Antichrist. Yes, we should continue to grow in our newfound faith, reading the scriptures, praying without ceasing, and asking forgiveness as we continue to sin, but we are all members of THE CHURCH! As such, we must face the trials God puts before us, and this trial must be met now. Before it's too late.
